How Sidewalk Shed
Rental Works
Call or email us with your address, building frontage, and project type. We'll provide a written rental quote — usually within the same business day.
We handle all NYC DOB applications, engineering drawings, and sidewalk usage permits. You sign where required — we do all the legwork.
Once approved, our crew arrives with all materials and installs your sidewalk shed — typically in one to two days, minimizing disruption to tenants and neighbors.
Your shed is in place and billed monthly. We handle maintenance checks, permit renewals, and any needed repairs throughout the rental term.
When your project is complete, we coordinate permit close-out with the DOB, remove all shed components, and restore the sidewalk to its original condition.
